In 1998 our first construction company was established in New York to provide construction services to owners of multi-unit residential and commercial property. The company soon began to operate through New England, including Massachusettes and Connecticut.

 

In 1999 the financial services branch was established in Connecticut, USA as a real estate holding firm, specializing in buying, selling, rehabilitating,and renting multi-unit residential and commercial properties.

In 2001 the holding company was established and took over the roles of the financial services company, the construction management company, the property management company, the restaurant group and the computer company.

 

Today, LimeTree Trust holds all the remaining assets and LimeTree Financial directs all its investments.
